Discover how DelCommunity connects with the community that we serve through our 

Leaders Empowering Access to Discovery (LEAD) program.

Collaborating with the community schools in San Diego Unified School District, high school students volunteer their time, creativity and effort to provide free STEAM activities to K-5 students who reside in under-resourced, low-income communities. Through DelCommunity's LEAD program, high school students acquire leadership skills, develop empathy and care for their communities while young children at the elementary school develop skills and knowledge in science, technology, engineering, art and math through the LEAD's activities complementary to the school curriculum.
