and Co-Founder

As a founder and principal consultant at Delcotek, a zero-emission transportation technical assistance and grant application company, Caroline has accumulated over 13 years of successful experience in formulating zero emissions vehicles and infrastructure projects, identifying, applying and securing over $140M grant funding opportunities to develop, deploy zero emission transportation projects. Having been providing volunteering services to underprivileged communities, she has founded DelCommunity as a form of her way of giving back to society with her knowledge, time and effort to help achieve energy equity and socio-economic equity in low-income communities.

Holly brings with her extensive experience in developing complex funding strategies for clean energy and advanced manufacturing for zero emissions vehicles. Collaborated with industry, government, and community stakeholders to secure major public investments that accelerate sustainable solutions, Holly is committed to leveraging these capabilities to support underserved populations and reduce environmental burdens. Her contribution at DelCommunity reflects a belief that climate progress and economic mobility must move together.

Co-Founder and Board Secretary

As a junior in high school, Carmelo wants to create meaningful social impact and to support those in need. By dedicating his time and creativity. he co-founded DelCommunity with the goal to uplift underserved students in low-income communities through free STEAM projects, advocacy, and simply be a big brother! He volunteers locally and organized initiatives at school, he strives to lead with empathy, integrity, and a strong commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Wendy Hsiao, PhD

Fundraising Manager

Having received doctoral training at Stanford University in Developmental Biology, where Wendy authored peer-reviewed research and review articles and developed skills in framing scientific questions, articulating significance, and communicating complex concepts clearly, she has eventually found her place in grant writing and in particular for National Institute of Health and private grant applications. At DelCommunity, Wendy plays an integral role in fund raising and providing analytical research for grant applications.

Rob Del Core

Zero Emissions Vehicles

Technical Advisor

Over 26 years of technical and engineering experience in designing, developing and deploying hydrogen electric commercial vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, Rob has held senior executive positions in multiple leading hydrogen fuel cell companies. He is now the CEO of Greenumerix, a zero-emission electric powertrain development company in California.

Tony Williamson

Fleet Logistics & Sustainability

Technical Advisor

Tony is a seasoned logistics executive with 40 years of experience spanning operations, compliance, and sustainability in the environmental and drayage sectors. He has held leadership roles at companies including TTSI, Quality Distribution, and Clean Harbors, with expertise in heavy-duty alternative fuel vehicles and infrastructure. He also serves on the board of the Coalition for Clean Air.

Stephanie Ly, PhD

eMobility Strategy Advisor

Stephanie is the Senior Manager, eMobility Strategy and Manufacturing Engagement at the World Resources Institute, a non-profit organization focused on people, climate, and nature. She leads research and private sector engagement on electric medium- and heavy-vehicles and maritime decarbonization in the U.S. and globally, bringing over 15 years of experience working across 12 countries. She is also a part-time faculty member at CSU San Marcos, where she teaches public health, and serves on the Board of Directors at Mechanism, a manufacturing and equity-focused non-profit. Throughout her career, Stephanie has focused on advancing children’s health outcomes and accelerating climate solutions.
