Wendy Hsiao, PhD

Fundraising Manager

Having received doctoral training at Stanford University in Developmental Biology, where Wendy authored peer-reviewed research and review articles and developed skills in framing scientific questions, articulating significance, and communicating complex concepts clearly, she has eventually found her place in grant writing and in particular for National Institute of Health and private grant applications. At DelCommunity, Wendy plays an integral role in fund raising and providing analytical research for grant applications.

Over 26 years of technical and engineering experience in designing, developing and deploying hydrogen electric commercial vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, Rob has held senior executive positions in multiple leading hydrogen fuel cell companies. He is now the CEO of Greenumerix, a zero-emission electric powertrain development company in California.

Tony is a seasoned logistics executive with 40 years of experience spanning operations, compliance, and sustainability in the environmental and drayage sectors. He has held leadership roles at companies including TTSI, Quality Distribution, and Clean Harbors, with expertise in heavy-duty alternative fuel vehicles and infrastructure. He also serves on the board of the Coalition for Clean Air.

Stephanie Ly, PhD

eMobility Strategy Advisor

Stephanie is the Senior Manager, eMobility Strategy and Manufacturing Engagement at the World Resources Institute, a non-profit organization focused on people, climate, and nature. She leads research and private sector engagement on electric medium- and heavy-vehicles and maritime decarbonization in the U.S. and globally, bringing over 15 years of experience working across 12 countries. She is also a part-time faculty member at CSU San Marcos, where she teaches public health, and serves on the Board of Directors at Mechanism, a manufacturing and equity-focused non-profit. Throughout her career, Stephanie has focused on advancing children’s health outcomes and accelerating climate solutions.
